Joshua Peterson - Originally from the Wisconsin Rapids area, Josh started with Duncan Disability Law in 2013 as a part-time medical information coordinator His current position is as the Business Manager/Non-Attorney Claimant’s Representative. Josh handles all aspects of the administrative side of Social Security claims and responds to clients on a daily basis during this process. This position requires a person to have significant knowledge of the Social Security laws and rules. Josh assumed the added responsibility of a Non-Attorney Claims Representative, after passing the EDPNA exam in May 2016, with passion and vigor, quickly grasping the intricate rules and regulations and serving as mentor to our staff. Josh joined professional Social Security organizations, NOSSCR and NADR, has Master’s in Business Administration from Capella University, 2010 and EDPNA qualified, May 2016
