Luis R. Gracia - is a partner in the Law Firm of Rue & Ziffra. Mr. Gracia obtained his law degree in 1998 from Texas Southern University in Houston. Mr. Gracia focuses his practice on Social Security Disability, Workers’ Compensation, as well as personal injury and wrongful death cases. Mr. Gracia is board certified in Social Security Disability law by the National Board of Trial Advocacy. He is a sustaining member of NOSSCR and a past speaker at NOSSCR’s Biannual Conference.
