A pre and post hearing brief is essential for any proper case presentation. Preparing these briefs are professionally important and those who so do show a higher degree of care for the client, which judges will recognize.  Here we will discuss how a prehearing brief should be organized, the content, length, and how to deal with bad evidence. We will discuss post hearing briefs when they are needed and what to include. Get ready for hearings!
