Fee Petitions - The Basics
Overview of fees and fee petitions for administrative services performed. This session will include information on when and how to file a fee petition, appropriate follow up with Social Security Administration to get paid or approval to get paid, and the ethical management of fee requests and collection. This session will also cover the ethical requirements of the rules of conduct representatives must follow when seeking to be paid on Social Security cases.
